This ‘no reservations’ trend allows restaurants to acquire new customers and also gives people an opportunity to dine in different restaurants and try out new delicious dishes.

Korean food – The Korean cuisine has become one of the most popular cuisines in the world. The unique ingredients, cooking techniques and bold flavors similar to Chinese and Japanese cuisines, have become one of the most sought-after meals worldwide. Smaller portions – Numerous high end restaurants follow this trend and customers simply love it. Standard size dishes which feature one type of food are replaced with dishes which feature smaller portions of two or more various dishes. The results are great as people love this choice of trying out different flavours.
